Returns & exchanges
This policy applies to grocery purchases made in our store at 1392 Cyrville Rd, Ottawa.
- Non-perishable items
- Within 7 days, unopened
- Fresh & frozen food
- Only if spoiled, within 24 hours
- Receipt
- Required for every return

Non-perishable items
Dry goods, canned goods, drinks, beauty and household products can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
Fresh and frozen food
Meat, fish, frozen food, fruits, vegetables and bread cannot be returned, unless the product was spoiled or defective when you bought it. In that case, bring back the product in its packaging within 24 hours of purchase.
Receipt
A receipt is required for every return or exchange.
What you receive
When a return is accepted, the store will offer a refund to the original payment method, an exchange or store credit. The store decides which one applies.
